: (1) After the debt recovery officer receives the order of the debt recovery tribunal, So. The loan amount should be recovered from the creditor within the time limit specified in the order and given to the concerned cooperative organization.
(2) The debt recovery officer may adopt the following methods while recovering the debt amount subject to prevailing laws:-
(a) seizing or selling by auction any other movable or immovable property, whether mortgaged or not, (b) _ seizing or selling by auction the movable or immovable property of the surety,
(c) If a person is a person who gives bail under special circumstances, arrest such person and detain him in accordance with the prevailing law.
